New Growth

Welcome to the Online Therapy Room. We are Rhianna and Melissa, and we have created this space to offer you high quality therapy from the comfort of your own home. We have always believed in the effectiveness of online therapy, however this is an option that hasn't been available often before. Due to the impact of Covid-19, many therapies have moved online and found, as we have known, that it is extremely effective.

We have each been working as psychological therapists for over 8 years and both currently work in the NHS as Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. We met in 2014 when we worked for the same NHS service and formed a strong connection very quickly. We are now in a position where we are able to offer a service completely in line with our values as therapists. 

We have both attended highly respected training programmes, and have developed skills to help guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. We truly care about all of our clients wellbeing and guarantee high quality therapy services, catered to your individual needs.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ONLINE THERAPY

Online therapy is conducted through video call. From our experience the only difference you will notice is not being in the same physical space as us. 


We have overwhelmingly had feedback from our clients that they have been pleasantly surprised at how successful online therapy has been, that they have not experienced any barriers to their progress and they have felt connected to us as their therapists. 

There are also significant benefits to online therapy, over traditional in person therapy. You can have your sessions anywhere you feel comfortable, and there is no travel time involved. Furthermore, you can access our support wherever you are in the world.


We have found that all of these benefits are extremely helpful in order to find a space and time to attend therapy, without this impacting on your other commitments.
