WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ONLINE THERAPY
Online therapy is conducted through video call. From our experience the only difference you will notice is not being in the same physical space as your therapist.
We have overwhelmingly had feedback from our clients that they have been pleasantly surprised at how successful online therapy has been, that they have not experienced any barriers to their progress and they have felt connected to their therapist.
There are also significant benefits to online therapy, over traditional in person therapy. You can have your sessions anywhere you feel comfortable, and there is no travel time involved. Furthermore, you can access our support wherever you are in the world. We have found that this is extremely helpful in order to find a space and time to attend therapy, without this impacting on your other commitments.
The Online Therapy Room has been created to offer you high quality therapy from the comfort of your own home. It's founders, Rhianna and Melissa, have always believed in the effectiveness of online therapy, however this is an option that hasn't been available to clients often before. Due to the impact of Covid-19, therapists and clients have moved to online therapy and found, as we have known, that it is extremely effective.
Rhianna and Melissa have each been working as psychological therapists for over 8 years. They both currently work in the NHS as Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, meeting in 2014 when they worked for the same service.
They are both highly skilled therapists who are here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. They truly care about their clients wellbeing and guarantee high quality therapy services, catered to their clients individual needs.
